All children's programs at Living Word Family Church are designed to implement the following 5 scriptural core values into children's lives:
#1 "God Wants to Pour His Love Into You" (1 John 4:9)
God wants us to enter into an eternal, saving relationship with Jesus
Christ.
#2 "God Wants to Magnify His Spirit in You" (Philippians 1:11)
When we accept Jesus Christ as Lord & Savior, our sinful spirit is
replaced by a regenerated spirit that communes with God. We must keep
our spirit strong and open to God�s Spirit.
#3 "God Wants You to Have a Mind Renewed to Him" (Romans 12:2)
God gives us the mind of Christ. We use this gift to make every thought
captive to Christ. We keep our mind free from the world's ideas, and
open to God's ideas.
#4 "God Wants You to Keep Your Body Clean" (1 Corinthians 6:19,20)
Our body wants to yield to temptations, but God will show us the way to
flee from them. Jesus will teach us to yield the members of our body to
God's righteousness rather than the world's idols.
#5 "God Wants You to Pour His Love Out on Others" (1 John 4:11)
It is God's will that no one should die without an eternal relationship with
Him. God;s Holy Spirit draws all men to Him; but God has given US the
message of reconciliation. We have the special privilege of leading others
to Christ.
These values are presented through Bible-based curriculum that is timely and directly relevant to the child's present walk in life. Bible curriculum presentation that is exciting and stimulating, that grabs the child;s attention, allowing the desired training of spirit, soul, and body to occur.
